  • Who uses the betterAIM system?

  • Does the mobile app run on iPhones?

    betterAIM mobile is built and fully optimized for iPads—very few betterAIM mobile users opt to run it on iPhones as they cannot provide the best user experience.

  • Will the desktop application run offline too or just the mobile version?

    betterAIM desktop runs offline, but creating a new inspection requires an internet connection.

  • Can teams export inspection data, including file attachments?

    Yes, to Microsoft Word and Excel.
